Kerri DeArmas current President of Nash Property Management Services, LLC has been a part of the company for 7 years and been in Property management for over 10 years. Kerri has excellent communication skills and creates good working relationships with Boards and owners to keep properties well maintained and financially solvent.
We currently have a great staff that have varied property management experience and an amazing accounting staff.

Lwam Teckle | Controller/ Owner
Lwam has been with Nash Property Management Services for more than 7 years, and now serves as Controller. She oversees the firm’s operational accounting, and leads the production of financial reports, maintains the accounting system, and cash flow. As part of the corporate management and leadership team, Lwam oversees, and manages the preparation of all financial reports for our Associations, monitors and analyzes monthly activity, and coordinates Monthly contributions.

Michael DeArmas | Property Manager
Hello, my name is Michael DeArmas. I’ve been working in property management for over 3 years and have extensive experience in customer service. I’m a fun and outgoing person who loves to find time to take in nature and let the world slow down.
My goal is to provide everyone I work with, whether they be co-workers or clients, with professional and effective support. I pride myself on being easy to talk to and work with and I strive to make every experience and interaction I have end in smiles and satisfaction.

Robert Carslon | Property Manager
Robert has been in the business for over 7 years. He is a retired Navy Counselor, a position that offered him invaluable experience in negotiating and working with people to resolve a host of issues. He also has a degree in accounting affording him important skills in budgeting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general bookkeeping. Having good people and number crunching skills helped him become a successful property manager in Wyoming, and he looks forward to continuing that success here in Washington as a member of our team.
